Ok so what's been happening, well apart from a bout of Migraines I am still working on my PC. So far she is clean of virus's and the hard drive is fine which just leaves the Ram which will take probably several days to test as there four sticks and they have to be done one at a time. I have mixed feelings about the results of the test, part of me want's a fail which would mean the reasons for my problem but on the other hand it would mean replacements. My kids were at Professor Greens concert last night so I babysat for my eldest. I was very proud of my eldest as she has some problems and finds it difficult to cope with large crowds, she did start to panic but she held her ground and stayed the course, well done.
Why do I have Medal of Honor above, well, with my PC down it means no Sims so no Story, I have a good deal of it written but am unable to get the shots at the moment so I treated myself to this game and was surprised to find it ran on my laptop. I played it years ago on my son's PS2 but since he got his Xbox I haven't bothered (He prefers Call of Duty) I'm addicted, poor hubby had to cook dinner last night while I tried to get off Omaha beach...... no luck so far. My son laughs when he watch's me play as I'll sit and ponder my next move but I just point out that the war was not won by jumping in with all guns blazing but a few extra medi packs would be nice, getting out the water was bad enough but can I get to the trench. Anyway the next chapter of The Circle is now up (Link below) which leaves one more for publishing after that? I just hope my PC is fixed by then.

Lol to your hubby cooking dinner while your playing Call of Duty. Sounds like your having some real fun with that game. ;)
ReplyDeleteI struggle to play anything else except the Sims on PC.
Off to catch up on The Circle!
Hi Jennifer, Medal of honor is great fun and addictive, my fingers are itching at the thought of playing now.
ReplyDeleteMy hubby has this game, he has some of the Call to Duty as well, he loves these war games, gets out his aggression after being the classroom all day!
ReplyDeleteFinger crossed mate, your computer woes are solved, but soon, off to read your update~
Hey Drew, I know what you mean, the games are also handy if you have a teenage daughter that doesn't know when to to stop talking and boy can she talk (I swear my hearings been affected)as soon as I switch on the game she's off as she knows she'll get no response from me lol. My poor computer is still a mystery, It looks like a clean install will be done shortly.
