Well my PC is still out of action but some nice person at Geeks to Go is helping me fix it. So I'm a bit at a lose, being unable to play the Sims means not shots for my story and even if I could play without photoshop I'm unable to edit any pics. So I thought I'd vent my anger.....
To the people who create Viruses, Malware and so on, its bad enough you lot make this stuff to gain access into our computers but to make something that only messes them up is sad. Ok so the stuff I have stored is not life or death but its still annoying as well as upsetting, all the stuff stored, like photos could be lost. But wait, you have gone further, the virus that got in to the Health service computers and knocked them out, patients who's appointments had to be cancelled, operations postponed, this isn't a bit of fun its sick and dangerous. You have nothing better to do than sit in your room coming up with this crap, get a life!
Well now that's off my chest, I could say more, a lot more but what would be the point. As long as there is computers and lets face it they are going to be around for a long long time then there will always be the ass holes who enjoy fucking them up. If they are so cleaver why don't they try and come up with something to stop Viruses ect instead. There is four instillations I know of that spend 24/7 coming up with programs and updates to stop such intrusions to computers so it makes your mind boggle at the amount of sicko's out there.
When I was a kid an attacker was someone you saw, he was there in front of you demanded your purse, money whatever. These days an attacker is more likely someone faceless, a person that hides behind closed doors and hits a button, the worst of it is he could be a neighbour.
Now I feel better I'm off for a cuppa....
