3.1.11

Well its now 2011 and happy new year to you all. I am still recovering from what can only be described as a hangover which is odd as I didn't drink. Gone are the days when I would happily down bottles sleep for a few hours then wake and start again. Is it marriage, kids or the fact I cook new year dinner? Probably all three. I have to admit the meal was wonderful and we all ate far to much. My Stepfather was the first to leave, his risk of falling asleep was fast becoming a reality. The Grandchildren had a wonderful time although they didn't eat much but the youngest refused to go home till she'd seen some of Terminator 2, at two she has no idea what is going on, all she sees is robots one of her passions (The other is Buzz Lightyear) Anyway the crazy season is now over but it wont be long before its upon us again, I can only hope we get a summer this year but in the far north of Scotland its a pipe dream. Sitting her typing this I hear the weather forecaster announce more snow (Again) I love snow but not when I do the dog walking, if I moan about it Hubby reminds me they are my boys, If I don't want to walk, don't have the dogs. I love my boys and wouldn't know what to do without them but I wish I could just open the door and tell them to come back in a couple of hours lol. We are now fast approaching the best part of the holidays...the end when the kids and hubby will head off and be gone all day... peace, bliss.  The next chapter of my story The Circle is now up and all I can say is have a fulfilling 2011.

  2. Hi Jennifer, happy new year to you and I love your story The Drifter. You are right about the preparation, the kids are getting older but it seems to take more time, oh well only another eleven months and twenty two days till the next one.

  3. Iron mum, love that shot! How true, after the holidays let down. My tree is still up, will take it down this weekend. I am just too tired to do it this week.
And I hear you about the snow.

I will be by hopefully tomorrow to read your latest update with my tea!

  4. Hay Drew, hope the snow stays of tomorrow I have an appointment with the tattooist (Last one I promise) Got up this morning to find Hubby had taken ours down, I think finding it half done on the kitchen table gave him the hint. January always seems to be a bit flat after the festive season but with true blood S3 and a new series of Being Human due this month I have something to look forward to and a couple of beers chilling in the fridge.

  5. OOOOoooooo! Thanks for the heads up on Being Human! I will have a look out for that! Did you hear Aidan Turner (who plays the vamp) has been cast in "The Hobbit"? How cool.

I will be sure to get my Bailey's ready.

I'm married, three kids and two grandkids, I'm also mad as a hatter.

Hello

Here you will find my stories made with the Sims 2, most of them will be about Vampires as I am completely nuts on them but anything I can think of will proberly end up here, I fell for the game when my eldest daughter came home with Sims 1.
As well as my stories I love horror and scifi movies.
I'm also a metel head and enjoy most heavy metel from Iron Maiden, Slipknot to Epica and Nightwish, oh! I suppose I should mention I'm married with three kids.
Warning! my stories will contain bad language, sex and violence, hell! you can't have a good story without them.

Enjoy.
